We know that returning unwanted or unsuitable items can be a pain! Here at Cummins Sports we want to make this process as quick and painless as possible! Items with breakages or damages must be reported within 24 hours of purchase/delivery. If you don't like something or it doesn't fit, you have 14 days to return it to us for a refund. Although you may want to remove the prices from items you buy as presents, we ask that you leave any swing tags in place.
At Christmas time, we extend the returns period for items bought online.Items bought online after November 15th can be returned for a refund up until January 10th. This does not apply to items bought in stores.
Items purchased online can be returned to any of our stores provided you have the original receipt/delivery docket and the tags are attached. If you paid for your order using PayPal, you can return it to a store for an exchange but you must return it by post for a refund.
If your item is faulty, or your order is incorrect, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can arrange the return for you.
Returning your order by Post
If you cannot pop into any of our stores, then you can return any unwanted goods via post. We recommend you post any returns to us using a carrier who can provide you with a “Certificate of Posting” as until we receive the parcel it is your responsibility. Check with your local post office for charges as these may vary depending on weight and carriage!
Please fill in the section provided on your delivery docket for returns and include the entire document with the goods being returned. Goods should be returned to:

As soon as your return has been received and checked by our warehouse team, we’ll email you to let you know! In the unlikely event that you haven’t received an email within 10 days of returning your items, contact our Customer Services team and we’ll help you out.
Make sure you let us know your original order number, which items you have returned and any delivery reference numbers when you contact us.
Returns are usually processed on the day they are received back but please allow up to 10 days for refunds to show up on your account. This depends on how long your bank or card issuer takes to process the refund on their side and it’s something we have no control over.
We will refund you by the same method as payment you used when you originally placed your order, for customers using credit or debit cards this will be refunded back onto the same card.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges on goods returned by post, instead simply return the item and place a new order online!
